To Complete the 'Filled Out a Free Trial Survey' task

Overview & Intent

Eight days after the close of the free trial, if the prospect has not activated an FLFE subscription they will be sent an email inviting them to complete a survey reporting their free trial results.

It is a multiple-choice survey and includes an open text field for them to elaborate and an option to book a call with their office contact.

When the prospect fills out the survey, you will receive a notification to review their responses. Certain responses and comments automatically garner a telephone call, but you may wish to reach out regardless of their feedback.

The survey is a true/false format and the form submission will show each question twice, once for each possible response (true or false). Under the ‘Value’ column you will see which they said true to. These are the responses that we are interested in.

To Complete the 'Filled Out a Free Trial Survey' task

Review the form submission at the bottom of the contact record to see what the prospect said. Compare it to the creation notes in the task.
If the responses require a telephone call:
1. 1. 1. 1. Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘see notes’.
        Click ‘Add Note’. The title could be 'FT Survey'.
        Begin the note with the date and ‘has filled out a ‘FT Survey' with the following:’
        Copy and paste the responses that the prospect said ‘true’ to into the note.
        Call the prospect to discuss their survey responses and learn how we may support them in activating a subscription. You may determine that another free trial is appropriate.
        If you do not connect, leave a voice message and follow up with an email.
If the responses do not require a telephone call you may still call them to learn how we may support them in activating a subscription or complete the task with the date, “no action required” and your initials. If you do opt to call the prospect, please follow the above process for the note.

Hi there, this is ___ from Focused Life-Force Energy. I hope that you are having a wonderful day! We have received a notification that you have filled out a free trial survey, Thank You for your feedback! We would love to have a conversation with you and learn more about your experience and potentially offer to restart your free trial. I am going to follow up this message with an email including instructions on how you may schedule a call with me. You are also welcome to call the office at 1-888-610-3533 and ask to speak to me, ___ or reply via email. Thank you, I am looking forward to your reply!
