To complete the 'Just filled out a "Contact Us" form' task

Overview & Intent

FLFE prospects and customers have several channels through which they may connect with their Customer Support Specialist. One of those is by visiting our website and filling out a ‘Contact Us’ form.

The form asks for their contact information and provides an open text box for them to submit their comments or questions. The message goes to an email address administered by our reception team who then forward the message to the account holder. KEAP will also generate a task. Please respond to these reach-outs in a timely fashion!

To complete the 'Just filled out a "Contact Us" form' task

Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘see notes’.
Under the ‘Custom Fields’ tab copy the ‘Contact Us Form Note’
Click ‘Add Note’. The title could be 'Contact Us Form'.
Begin the note with the date and ‘has filled out a ‘Contact Us’ form with the following:’ and then paste what you have copied from the ‘Contact Us Form Note’.
Call the prospect to address their message.
Add the details of your interaction to your note.
If you do not connect, leave a voice message and follow up with an email.

Voicemail Example

Hi there, this is ___ from Focused Life-Force Energy. I hope that you are having a wonderful day! I have received your ‘Contact Us’ form and I would delight in a conversation with you! I am going to send you an email with my call scheduling information, I welcome you to book a call. You are also welcome to call the office at 1-888-610-3533 and ask to speak to me, ___ or reply via email. Thank you, I am looking forward to connecting with you!
