When a new free trial is initiated, whether by a prospect or by an FLFE team member the KEAP Customer Relationship Management database will generate a notification in the form of a ‘FT - Record Check’ task. This may take up to fifteen minutes to generate. The purpose and intent of this task is to ensure that the free trial application was filled out in the required format, that there is sufficient information to entangle the FLFE service, and that the prospect is eligible to experience a free trial. Every effort should be made to complete these tasks daily.
There are five different free trials that FLFE offers, each with various verification steps. It is of utmost importance that Free Trial Record Checks be performed with diligence as they are the foundation onto which we build lasting relationships.

Account Formatting
If in any of these areas you are unable to verify the information, the trial is inappropriate or the prospect is not receiving emails, you will review the account with the Free Trial Team Lead. You may decide together that you will need to contact the prospect for clarity. If you are unable to speak to the prospect directly, you will stop the trial and follow up with the appropriate automated email trigger.
