One of the features offered in the FLFE Customer Control Panel is an opportunity to turn the FLFE field on or off. Turning the service off does not pause the trial countdown. If the free trial is turned off for a period of 24 hours, the Customer Support Specialist will receive a notification to contact the prospect.
The fact that the prospect has turned the service off shows that they are engaged in the free trial experience and you have a valuable opportunity to build on the connection between them and FLFE. If you receive this notification, you will telephone the prospect even if they have turned the service back on.
The FLFE user may turn the service off as a means of discernment. Sometimes contrast can be a powerful tool in perception. It is possible that the FLFE prospect was doing some experimentation with the field and has forgotten to turn it back on.
Another common reason for turning the service off is the acclimation period that new FLFE users may experience. Many of the programs included in the FLFE high-conscious environment are focused on health and wellness. When the body begins to adjust to this new support, there could be some discomfort or challenges physically, mentally, or spiritually. It is of utmost importance to reach out to offer heart-centred support if this is the case. The prospect may not know to expect these shifts and how to navigate them gracefully and easily.
If the prospect is having a healing experience, you may remind them that meeting the FLFE hydration suggestions will help with flushing. Taking time to be gentle with oneself, making use of the daily boosts, and looking to the support and love of the FLFE community will make this process easier. Be sure to advise the Magnetizing Process and Intention Setting.
