To complete the 'FT - Final Invite' task

Overview & Intent

When a prospect or a customer’s single free trial finishes and there are no active subscriptions for the alternate service, KEAP will generate tasks prompting the CSS to invite the FLFE user to a free trial of the alternate version.

The initial invite is the ‘FT - 2nd Invite’ task and is generated five days after the single trial ends. After the task is completed, and if the second trial is not initiated, a ‘FT - Final Invite’ task will appear eight days later.

You may also receive this task if a customer has taken or been gifted a single subscription and has never experienced the alternate version of FLFE.

The ‘Action Description’ on both will indicate which service to invite the prospect to. As there is no feature to activate a single trial on our website, this action is performed internally by a team member.

To complete the 'FT - 2nd Invite' task

Review the details on the account to determine if the invite is appropriate and call the prospect if so.
If you connect with the prospect offer and activate the alternate free trial service. Verify the information before activating the trial. Explain the differences between the home & phone service.
Click ‘Add Note’. The title could be ‘FT 2nd Invite’. Begin the note with the date and add the details of your interaction. Please include your initials.
Complete the 'FT - 2nd Invite' task with the date, your initials and ‘see notes’.
A ‘FT - Record Check’ task will generate. Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘see notes’. You will need to select an ‘Outcome’, choose ‘Information Verified'.
If you do not connect, leave a voice message and follow up with an email.
Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘LVM & Sent EM’.

To complete the 'FT - Final Invite' task

Review the details on the account to determine if the invite is appropriate and call the prospect if so.
If you connect with the prospect offer and activate the alternate free trial service. Verify the information before activating the trial. Explain the differences between the home & phone service.
Click ‘Add Note’. The title could be ‘FT Final Invite’. Begin the note with the date and add the details of your interaction. Please include your initials.
Complete the FT - Final Invite' task with the date, your initials and ‘see notes’.
A ‘FT - Record Check’ task will generate. Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘see notes’. You will need to select an ‘Outcome’, choose ‘Information Verified'
If you do not connect, leave a voice message.
Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘LVM’.

Voicemail Example 2nd Invite

Hi there, this is ____ from Focused Life-Force Energy. I hope that you are having a wonderful day! Now that your free trial of our ___ service has come to a close, you are welcome to experience a free trial of our ___ service. There are some different features to each version of FLFE and it would be great for you to compare them! I am going to send you an email with my call scheduling information, I welcome you to book a call so that I may activate the trial. You are also welcome to call the office at 1-888-610-3533 and ask to speak to me, ____ or reply via email. Thank you, I am looking forward to connecting with you!

Voicemail Example Final Invite

Hi there, this is ____ from Focused Life-Force Energy. I hope that you are having a wonderful day! I am reaching out one final time to invite you to experience the FLFE ___ service. There are some different features than with the trial you already had and it would be great for you to compare them! You are welcome to call the office at 1-888-610-3533 and ask to speak to me, ____ to activate your free trial. Thank you, I am looking forward to connecting with you!
