Starting & Stopping Trials

Overview & Intent

The Customer Support Specialist may activate, reactivate and deactivate any of the FLFE free trials internally. This action is performed through the ‘Internal Forms' found at the bottom of a KEAP account.

We may choose to do this for a variety of reasons.

Starting a trial internally could be performed for a new prospect who you are on the telephone with or perhaps for a subscriber whom has never experienced the alternate version of FLFE.

Restarting a trial is done when the prospect or customer has already had that particular free trial but we have decided to offer them another one. This feature could also be used if a trial has been stopped as non-verifiable and the prospect has provided updated information to restart the service.

Please note, it is important to choose 'Restart' instead of ‘Start’ if that particular service was already active on the account at any point, even if it was stopped.

It is important to stop a free trial immediately if we are unclear on any detail:

• If we are not able to verify the address or telephone number

• If we require additional information

• If the service is directed at a business

• If the picture does not meet our guidelines

• If the person is ineligible for a free trial

• If the person is not receiving emails

Whenever we start, restart or stop or a trial, we leave a detailed note explaining the circumstances of our actions.

We have received your request for a complimentary, Immersive FLFE Experience.

We want to be sure that the energies are associated with your property accurately, and we have determined that in your situation our photo-based service will be the most appropriate.

We have stopped the trial until we receive a photo exactly matching the following criteria:

1. Choose any room in your house; turn all the lights on.

2. Write your name as it appears on your FLFE account on a piece of plain white standard sized printer paper using a black marker in capital letters.

3. Attach it to a wall in the room.

4. Ensure that the photo is in focus and your name is easily read

5. Photo file size should be 1-9 MB

6. Your photo must include:

• as much of the room as possible

• the paper with your name on it

• at least 2 pieces of furniture or artwork

• part of the floor or ceiling

1. Your photo must not include:

• people, you or others

Once we receive your new photo with these parameters, we will start your trial from the beginning.
