Focused Life-Force Energy provides world-class customer service to all our prospects and customers. We do that by building and maintaining authentic relationships, achieving an expert level of knowledge about the FLFE service and product, displaying active listening and empathy, and maintaining a positive, professional state.
During the free trial experience, the FLFE Customer Support Specialist will be in contact with the prospect several times and have at least one personal conversation. One of these interactions is the FT - Personal Check-in task. Others take place organically as the prospect reaches out to us or makes adjustments to their service.
The personal check-in is a significant opportunity for you to begin to build a relationship with the prospect and learn how the FLFE service will support their evolution and educate them about those benefits. This is best achieved by a personal telephone call to the prospect. You are welcome to offer Zoom meetings if you wish and may use the Calendly scheduling tool to assist you.
This call creates an open forum for a free-flowing conversation and a greater opportunity for you to best match the service to the prospect's requirements. On the call, you will learn about their life experience and consider this information your road map to conversion! The Focused Life-Force Energy service offers an elevated field of consciousness and contains more than twenty supportive programs, two daily boosts, access to our exclusive community platform, and regular webinars and interviews with our founders. An in-depth knowledge of these programs, features, and benefits will be integral in aiding the customer to see how FLFE can support them specifically and personally. Once they realize the value of FLFE, investing in the service will be an easy decision!
The personal check in is best performed by a personal telephone call to the prospect, this is our strong preference. The automated voicemail tool is to be used with discretion for North American countries.
Your automated voicemail recording is submitted to our IT Department through the Spice Ticket platform and they upload it to KEAP. When the CSS adds the tag, a ring-less voicemail and the check in email are automatically sent to the prospect. Please note that this may take up to an hour to ‘arrive’ so be mindful of the prospects' local time. A note is automatically made on the account as the tag disappears after a few minutes. There is no need for you to create an additional note.
Review the details on the account. Ensure that the call is necessary and that it is an appropriate time of day (their time) and call the prospect.
If you connect with the prospect, click ‘Add Note’. The title could be ‘FT Personal Check In’. Begin the note with the date and add the details of your interaction. Please include your initials.
Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘see notes’.
If you do not connect, leave a voice message and follow up with an email.
Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘LVM & Sent EM’.
In either scenario you will need to select an ‘Outcome’ before completing the task. Choose ‘Filled Out Statistics Form' and complete the 'Internal Form’.
Review the details on the account. Ensure that the call is necessary and that it is an appropriate time of day (their time) to reach out.
Access the tagging section of the prospect's account. Under the list ‘05. Trigger - FT:’ choose your personal check in tag and click ‘Apply this Tag’ to the right.
Complete the task with the date, your initials and ‘LAVM & EM’.
You will need to select an ‘Outcome’ before completing the task. Choose ‘Filled Out Statistics Form' and complete the 'Internal Form’.
There is no need to create an additional note, KEAP will automatically generate one.
The Free Trial Department is responsible for one Key Performance Indicator or KPI, conversion or the percentage of prospects that the CSS is able to convert into customers.
Several metrics are tracked. How many prospects each team member was assigned, how many each contacted, in what manner was the prospect contacted, how many each converted from the total number contacted and how many each converted from the total number assigned.
This data is collected through the completion of the internal form ‘Statistics Tracking for Free Trial’ when you complete the personal check in task and for all other interactions with the prospect. The ‘Outcome’ feature on the ‘Personal Check-In’ task serves as a reminder to complete the form.
There are four check boxes, the CSS will check all that apply:
I spoke to the prospect
I left a voicemail to the prospect
I left a personal email to the prospect
I left an automated voicemail & email to the prospect
If you spoke to the prospect, there is also an area to indicate how long the conversation was.
This data is collected and recorded monthly and may be used for process betterment, critical factor identification and coaching.
