Focused Life-Force Energy offers a complimentary, commitment-free, 15-day trial of our FLFE Immersive Experience that may be activated via our website www.flfe.net, or internally by a team member. Although our services are stand-alone products, experiencing both versions simultaneously will give the prospect a deeper connection, serve our mission and increase sales. Customer Support Specialists may activate a single trial internally.
The purpose of the free trial experience is to offer prospects an opportunity to explore what it means to live in a consistent high-consciousness environment and the potential benefits. We recognize the importance of a supportive environment when doing your personal evolutionary work. The typical person’s Level of Consciousness rises an average of 30 points as defined by the Dr. David Hawkins Map of Consciousness within the first 90 days of being in the FLFE field.
The intention of the free trial gift is to convey to the prospect that FLFE is an essential product for personal growth and to convert them to an annual, 6-month, or monthly term subscription to the FLFE services. This is accomplished by creating a bond with the prospect, conveying our brand story in a compelling, engaging way, assisting them to transcend their own limiting beliefs, and asking for the sale! FLFE recognizes that sales can be an act of service.
Prospective customers learn about FLFE through a variety of channels. They may have heard about us from one of our Referral Partners, from a personal connection to one of our customers or team members, or organically. After learning about FLFE and becoming excited about the possibilities, they sign up for a free trial.
During their free trial experience, they will be assigned to one of our highly trained support team members (that’s you!). This trial period is a time of great learning, by both the prospect and the FLFE team member. The prospect will be learning about the benefits of the FLFE service, the features within the customer portal, and how to navigate the website. They may also wish to connect with the community via our exclusive social media platform FLFE Space.
The Customer Support Specialist assists the prospect in choosing and activating their subscription(s) and add-ons. The new customers' account is then re-assigned to a Customer Relationship Specialist.
Often, as the Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact the prospect has with Focused Life-Force Energy. Many of our community members have mentioned that they appreciate the FLFE Team as we are a haven for them to share authentically. These interactions will inspire and energize you and translate into endurance to complete tasks and to stay present, loving, and focused.
As mentioned, this is a time of great learning. The Customer Support Specialist will be learning about the prospect’s trial experience, how FLFE can support an improvement in the prospect’s daily life, and how they heard about us. You will guide them in the navigation of our website and share the features found within the Customer Control Panel. Engagement in the CPP aids in customer retention. The prospect will likely have many questions and the CSS is highly trained to answer these questions, explaining the benefits of the supportive FLFE environment. The CSS facilitates an extraordinary customer experience and builds trust and credibility in our essential service.
At completion of the free trial, the CSS assists the prospect in choosing and activating their subscription(s) and will review the various add-on products (like the FLFE Lite services) and convey their genuine gratitude for the order. Explain to the new customer that their account will be reassigned, and they will receive a confirmation email from their new office contact and a follow-up phone call in a few weeks.
